The Sign: A Symbol of Welcome
This sign for Casago was fabricated with meticulous, detailed attention. It features individually lit channel letters spelling out “Casago.” Pigmented translucent colored vinyl faces highlight the lettering. An illuminated swooping arrow points potential guests in the right direction, ensuring that the sign is as functional as it is eye-catching.
Technical Specifications
This entire sign will be approximately 97.35 inches wide by 27.22 inches high, a good size to catch the eye of every passerby. It will incorporate a wide range of colors that are used for attention-grabbing, such as PMS 3538c Blue and PMS 1585c Orange, together with the classic white and black reflecting Casago’s brand.
Design and Installation Challenges
It took detailed coordination, from a rigorous site survey to designing the sign that would suit the very special needs of the Carlsbad Village District. It wasn’t quite easy. North Coast Signs worked through city authorities and ironed out their challenges with them, finally securing approvals to mount the sign on an eave above the main entrance.
