There’s nothing like a corporate relocation to get our team fired up! We love helping our clients with all of their signage needs, and moving to a new location is a great opportunity to create impeccable new corporate relocation signage inside and out. We were recently able to assist our client, Renovate America, with their corporate signage relocation to a nearby new building. They moved to a new headquarters, requiring new signage complete with a new logo. The transition involved removing the previous signage in place, and creating new signage for that fit the new building under renovation.
Renovate America focuses on assisting homeowners with home improvement financing, something they do with success and impeccable customer service. Renovations are important to this company, of course, so we were excited to partner with them for their own revamp!
To prepare the new headquarters, met with the team at Renovate America to understand their goals, budget, timeline, and corporate branding to guide us. We always consult with our clients to make sure we are meeting their every need, from the first meeting through to an approved design proof, fabrication, and installation. Because this was a relocation and renovation, we also worked with the client’s contractor to make sure our plans went well together. To remove the old building’s signage, we used a boom lift to reach the top of the building and disconnect the illuminated channel letters. Renovate America updated their logo, so the old signage was obsolete.
Using the new logo, we created new channel letter signage to fit the style and dimensions of the new building. The products we created and installed include an exterior reverse pan back lit sign, designed for the main lobby, with 2” returns, matte black paint, horizontal logo. For the main building, we provided an illuminated channel letter sign with letter, face, and trim cap colors selected from Pantone shades consistent with the client’s branding guidelines. The illuminated sign features double stroke LEDs for optimum illumination, with the electrical work hidden in a custom-painted raceway.
In addition to the exterior signage, we also provided new interior signage for ADA-compliant signs, department signs, wayfinding signs, and as well as custom parking signs.
With our hard work and Renovate America’s expert opinions, we were able to outfit the space inside and out. There’s no mistaking the new headquarters for anything but Renovate America, and the transition from one location to another went very smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed working with this company!
