There is nothing like a new sign to breathe fresh life into your business look. Fresh, updated branding reflected in upgrading old signage. That’s exactly what we did for one of our recent clients, Monster Tool Company. Their monument sign was outdated and they were looking for a modern, high-quality replacement. As you can see from our photo, the new monument is eye-catching, updated, and a perfect fit for the brand.
Monster Tool Company is a California-based company, just like us. They manufacturer solid carbide cutting tools, with a commitment to perpetual innovation and excellence. Their branding is recognizable, with aluminum metal and bold text that reflect their carbide work and their focus on their mantra, innovation and excellence. We wanted to create a new monument sign that captured everything about the Monster brand.
Using only the highest quality materials for this monument sign. It was manufactured as a single-sided non-illuminated monument sign, at 49” high by 120” wide and 12” deep, using the existing six-inch concrete base. The panel is made from aluminum, with a frosted acrylic curved piece to highlight the address numbers in dimensional acrylic. The Monster logo, and the word Monster itself, shines in red acrylic channel letters with silver trim cap. A tenant panel with custom full-color vinyl prints mounted to an aluminum panel completes the sign.
The scope of work with Monster included the removal of the old monument, discarding it. Also, transporting the new sign to the site and installing it. Before beginning this project, we also performed the site survey, took photos and measurements. In addition, we coordinated engineering services for using the existing concrete pad to verify structural integrity and wind load. The sign drawings were reviewed in detail by our team to manufacture the design proposed.
